The photo albums on this page and the accompanying slides are just a small representation of the many memorials that we have created over the years. They are presented here for you to use as an example of what can be done with the many granites that are available. There are so many different colors and qualities of granite and marble available, and creating true color renditions is so difficult that we have decided not to try and list them all here. All of our offices have actual samples of what is available for you to examine and large displays with a myriad of granite and marble colors to see. Any style or shape that you see can be created in any of the colors that are available and your design choices are limited only by your imagination. These pages are a work in progress and we will continue to add to them over time.

During my fifty-plus years with Norman's Memorials, I have been involved with production, setting, repair and restoration work. However, the majority of this time has been in management and sales, with an emphasis on designing monuments and markers for the families of Colorado, Wyoming and Nebraska .

Our company's mission over these years has been to provide our families with the finest granite memorials available and designing those memorials in a way that truly represents the life of their loved one.

At the start of 2004 we turned control of the firm over to our son Ron. He has been involved with the company since childhood and represents the fourth generation of ownership.

My wife Claudette and I are still active in Norman 's, although in a reduced capacity. Claudette is doing some bookkeeping work and I am available at the Wheat Ridge office about two days a week, working on special projects and making myself available for appointments.

Having grown up in the orthodox Jewish home of a well-known linguist, I am well versed in Hebrew and Yiddish, and have an intimate knowledge of Jewish ritual.

I am fluent enough in Spanish to help Spanish-only speakers, and the smattering of Russian I know puts my Soviet families at ease.

Before coming to Norman 's, I worked in residential real estate sales for thirty years. My experience in this area has given me important insight for serving people from all walks of life.

I was born and raised in Colorado less than 10 miles from our office here on 44th. After having 20+ years sales experience in various industries I have found that none of the other jobs I have had in the past have been as fulfilling to me as working at Norman’s has been. I take pride in guiding my families towards building a suiting memorial to honor the memory of their loved ones. We will design and craft something special, while also making the process easy as possible on you during these times of grief.

I have grown up in this industry. From the time I was a small boy, one of my favorite memories has been riding around cemeteries on the tailgate of my grandfather's pickup at Christmas time, jumping off at every stop to place evergreen blankets, wreaths and crosses on graves.

I worked part time for my grandfather during high school and while attending business school in Durango, Colorado I worked part time for a monument company there. After school I came back to the business to stay. In that time I have been involved in every aspect of this industry from the quarrying of granite to cleaning and repairing some of the oldest monuments in our state.

From the very beginning, my grandfather's, father's, and now my philosophy has been to make a top quality product and let that product speak for itself. We do everything we can to make each and every customer happy. It is my promise to you that the commitment to quality service and memorials that began with my grandfather will continue on, in the way we conduct business here at Norman's Memorials.

I was born and raised in Northeastern Colorado. My wife and I live in Kersey with our children and feel a great responsibility to our community and schools. We love our small town.

Norman’s Memorials has been a part of my life for over 15 years. Through my experience with production, setting, repair, and restoration I am familiar with each cemetery Norman’s Memorials serves throughout Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, and Kansas. The relationships I have established with sextons and grounds directors at our local cemeteries have become invaluable as I have stepped into consulting.

Grief of losing a loved one can be overwhelming. My goal is to ensure the process of selecting a memorial goes smoothly; lessening the burden of your arrangements. As we work together to personalize their stone, I look forward to learning about your loved one – allowing us to memorialize them for who they were. I view the setting of the stone as putting a period at the end of your loved one’s life. My passion is to ensure the combination of quality of our granite, craftsmanship of our design team, and service of our setting crew is precisely what your family expects. I am humbled and honored to be a part of the process.

I have been a memorial consultant for Norman's Memorials for 20 plus years. In that time I have found great fulfillment in helping families choose a lasting memorial for their loved ones.

I have toured many cemeteries with my mother for genealogy studies. From these visits I have gleaned many ideas of different types and ways to personalize memorials.

My goal is for every family I work with to be happy with the quality and workmanship of the memorial they choose.

I have made many lasting friendships through my work at Norman's Memorials for which I will be forever grateful.
